It’s what my big brother has always called me, and I want the person behind the camera to feel like someone who looks up to you.

HeartLight Photo was born in the wake of loss and forged by faith in God.

My view of the world is restored and reframed daily. I believe my purpose is tied to creating art from connection and perspective - framing the love I learned to see in the valleys, and collecting the love I’m learning to let lead me up mountains. It’s everywhere. Literally. I can show you!

When I show up to photograph you, my goal is simple:
to make you feel like I’m not there - or like I always have been.

I want to be a small part of your family. Truly.
Let Aunt Cheese in on the days you want to remember.
By fly on the wall or with my hands on deck, I’ll document it all — smiles, tears, messes, awards, rushed weekday routines that you’ll one day miss, to your evolving weekend rituals.

It can be your whole extended family, alone at home with a pet, or anything in between. Any variation of love being shown is where I want to invest my time.
